This course is designed to teach you effective self defence techniques and build your confidence in protecting yourself against a variety of attacks.
We also discuss sizing up situations, awareness of surroundings and utilizing everyday items as a weapon to protect yourself.
There is a manual provided with some useful information and a description of the techniques taught during the course.
